The Oktoberfest in Blumenau is one of the most popular festivals of Brazil, inspired by the German party, which originated in Munich in 1810.

During 18 days of celebration, Blumenau citizens show Brazil the cultural richness from the German immigrants, revealed by the love for music, dance and gastronomy.

BLUMENAU – SANTA CATARINA

All in Blumenau reflects the heritage of German culture. When walking through the streets, the buildings, the typical cuisine and good beer confirm the Germanic roots. Due to its strategic location close to major cities of Mercosul and the port structure of the state, it´s emerging as a reference in education, infrastructure and skilled workforce, ensuring a strong and growing economy. In October, during the Oktoberfest, the biggest party of the Brazilian beer, the hotel rates double on account of tourists from Brazil and around the world who visit Blumenau to enjoy the festivity and the famous beer region. For about two and a half weeks the local atmosphere is watered by German music, dancing, food and drinks day and night.

• The fees are set in BRL. Payment must be done in cash.
• The trip is limited to 15 people. Confirmation of your spot will be upon payment.
• The timetable is shown in the Program and should be respected. The organization reserves the right to alter the itinerary or timetable in case of unforeseen circumstances or for the benefit of the group. We expect you to be responsible, have group spirit, and be on time.
• Extra expenditures: This will vary from person to person. There will be extra expenditures with meals and souvenirs. There are a variety of products offered in the visited regions, if you plan to do some shopping, come prepared with extra money. The trip does not include expenses like meals, drinks, phone calls, shopping, etc. We estimate those expenses in R$ 50.
• Do not bring luggage.
• Health Issues: Prepare before the trip by resting and eating well. If you take medication regularly, plan to bring enough for the trip. Attention: Your health is extremely important in order to enjoy the trip. Take good care of it!

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For cancellations of tours between 10-8 days prior to the departure date, the customer is refunded the full amount.
• For cancellations of tours between 7-5 days prior to the departure date, the customer will pay a fine of 50% (thirty percent) of the contract value.
• For cancellations of tours between 6-3 days prior to the departure date, the customer will pay a fine of 70% (thirty percent) of the contract value.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours of the departure date there will no refund.
