Your Routine as a Volunteer
Volunteers typically work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and enjoy two to three days off per week. Our accommodations are designed to host up to six volunteers simultaneously, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience. Given the sanctuary’s remote location, 30 km from Curitiba, evenings are tranquil, providing an excellent opportunity for reflection and personal growth.

Minimum commitment: 2 weeks
Portuguese language skills: Not required

Important Considerations
Prohibited Substances: Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden on the premises and may result in dismissal from the program.
Leisure Activities: Due to the sanctuary’s serene setting, nightlife and entertainment options are limited. Volunteers are encouraged to bring personal activities for evening leisure.

Important Arrival & Departure Information
Unlike other volunteer programs, arrivals must be on Monday, not Sunday. Volunteers must land before 3:30 PM to ensure same-day transfer to the project site. Departure must also be scheduled for a weekday (Friday or Monday), aligning with your total weeks of commitment.
