When it comes to coffee Brazil is the most important country in the area. Our country has the world’s biggest and largest production of coffee and our grain feeds an enormous amount of countries around the world. The largest buyers of the Brazilian coffee worldwide are: Germany, United States, Italy, Japan and Belgium.
This week we had a Brazilian Coffee Experience with our neighbor Moka Clube. Our exchange students drank special types of Brazilian coffees, prepared in several different ways -there was even iced coffee! The exchange students also learned about distinct ways of brewing coffee and also about different equipment to prepare the coffee. We were very happy with this experience.
