“I have gotten to know a new culture, habits, people and points of view. I have made new friends and learned some Portuguese. Now I have to plan re-meeting with my old Brazilian friends, to do a few trip enjoy good mood and Brazil”

I have learned that again Brazil proved to be a potential place for me to live in the future and now I’m trying to figure out ways to stay longer. I have learned other things too of course but this is the main and most important one for me.

The highlight of my experience was waking up at 5 a.m. to go to monitoring the beaches. Arriving in a desert beach and enjoying the calm and the wonderful landscape it’s something I’ll never forget.

I enjoyed my experience in Brazil a lot. I believe that learning the basics of Portuguese and understanding how the Brazilian culture works has impacted my personal life in terms of widening my world view and building new professional as well as personal relationships. The work has been incredibly inspiring while I have been surrounded by wonderful people, both local and international, who have made this experience all the more enjoyable.

The high point of my experience was São Miguel! Meeting a great community and experiencing hands on how they live and the crawling story from our story sharing experience in the ocean.
