Destination
Florianópolis, located on Santa Catarina Island, is one of Brazil’s most stunning and beloved destinations.
Known for its 42 beaches — from lively urban stretches to untouched natural sanctuaries — it’s a paradise for surfing, sailing, and water sports.
The north and center offer top-notch tourist infrastructure, while the south retains its rural charm and Azorean heritage. Blending tradition and innovation, “Floripa” has also become a major hub for technology and research.
The city captivates visitors with its relaxed vibe, excellent seafood, and scenic spots like Lagoinha do Leste, Barra da Lagoa, and the historic center with its 17th-century architecture and century-old fig tree at Praça XV de Novembro.
With a warm, humid subtropical climate and sunny days nearly year-round, Florianópolis is an ideal destination for enjoying nature, culture, and the sea in perfect harmony.
